CYC Ramblers
On Saturday 13th November 32 CYC walkers set off from the Barley Mow in Walderton.
The weather was mild and dry and ideal for walking. The trees were showing their autumn colours and there was good visibility for the views across to the Isle of Wight. We had a number of stops to allow the slower walkers to catch up with the striders at the front and the usual coffee stop halfway round.
A 5-mile circular route was completed back to the pub for lunch. Most of the walk was dry and easy walking with just one short steep climb which everyone managed. The pub put on a splendid buffet lunch for us with plenty for all.
