Bramidge Trophy Race – The Results

Thanks to everyone who participated in the Bramidge Trophy Race between CYC and CCRC (Chichester Cruiser Racing Club). Sadly we did not win overall, but I hope a good sail was had by all. Unfortunately, we had just a few too many boats towards the tail end of the fleet to be able to claim overall victory, but we had a very respectable performance, as you will see from the results below.

More importantly, I’ve now run the final times through our own system applying proper handicaps and ignoring all of those CCRC boats. The results are below and show an amazing result from John on Windreaver with a 2nd.

For those paying attention to the Race Skipper of the Year chart, we now have a tie for first place between Cool Runnings and Crayzee Feeling. With only two races to go, next weekend is going to be very interesting.
