HOT HOT HOT!!
The weekend that boaters dream of!! Destiny, Himalia, Nola, Arkaig, Blue Haven, Callisto, Mike and Karen and crews all came across for this Beaulieu cruise and we arrived to fabulous warm sunshine.
We left Chichester on Friday morning with some of us taking the opportunity for a swim and breakfast at East Head before heading over to Beaulieu. Sea conditions were smooth/slight with a gentle F3/4 South Westerly made for a fine passage over.
Once safely moored and rested we chatted, sunbathed and explored Buckler’s Hard. We were pleased to see Hattie, Nick, Jim and Captain Rupert on Windsong who had arrived safely back in the Solent after a great trip to the West Country.

That evening we enjoyed the beautiful sunshine and pontoon party drinks on Himalia.

Saturday morning welcomed us with even more hot sunshine, and we took the river walk to Beaulieu village for shopping, ice-cream and of course a quick drink stop at Monty’s Inn.

That evening we had a lovely meal at the Master Builder where were greeted by another great meal and hospitality.

We all arrived safely back in Chichester early on Sunday afternoon – another great weekend was had by all.
